Fitness Swimmer Program


The Max Bell Regional Aquatic Centre Swimmer Program Log is based on the honour system as there is no realistic way to check whether the distances entered were actually swam. No one benefits if participants enter inaccurate data.

To make the system useful, fair, and worthwhile, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:

  1. Only distance that was swam after you started with the Max Bell program is eligible. Retroactively entering mileages you swam before joining the program is not allowed.
  2. You should enter distances by workout and on the day you completed the workout. Entering a total distance for the week or month is allowed if you have been away for an extended period.
  3. Distances should be entered into the system by the end of the month for accurate calculation of the Top Ten Swimmers.
